    WAGERING RULES:

    GENERAL:

All sporting events must be played on the scheduled day unless otherwise specified. Sporting events postponed and then rescheduled, will automatically constitute a "no action" wager, and all money will be refunded accordingly.

    BASEBALL:

Winners and losers are official after 5 innings of play unless the home team is leading after 4½ innings. If a game is called, or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning (unless the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game called.)Monies will be refunded if the home team ties the game and it is then suspended. Events will not carry over to the following day (unless otherwise specified).

Casino's do not recognize suspended games, protest, overturned decisions, etc, for wagering purposes, and all wagers must go the day written, otherwise there is not action and all monies are refunded.

    SPECIAL BASEBALL RULES:

    A) When wagering on total runs (OVER/UNDER) the game must go 9 innings (8½ IF THE HOME TEAM IS AHEAD)to have action. If a game is called or suspended, the score will be determined after the last full inning (UNLESS THE HOME TEAM SCORE TO TIE, OR TAKES THE LEAD IN THE BOTTOM
HALF OF THE INNING, IN WHICH CASE THE SCORE IS DETERMINED AT THE TIME
THE GAME IS CALLED).Rules for the run line wagers are the same as those for baseball totals.Wagers on totals runs will be refunded if a pitcher change occurs prior to both listed pitchers throwing at least one pitch.

    B) Baseball wagers will be accepted in the following manner:

    1) ACTION - Team against team, regardless of the starting pitcher.
    2) ONE SPECIFIED PITCHER - This is a wager on or against one specified pitcher, regardless of the other starting pitcher.
    3) BOTH SPECIFIED PITCHERS - If starting pitchers are not exactly as
listed on wagering display board, and/or your ticket, your wager
    will be deemed "NO ACTION".
    4) 5 INNING WAGERS ARE ALWAYS LISTED PITCHERS. PITCHING CHANGE WILL RESULT IN A REFUND.

Note: In the event there is a pitching change prior to the game,
money odds may be adjusted. If one scheduled pitcher starts against an unscheduled pitcher, "ACTION" wagers will be computed by the opening price with the new pitcher.A pitcher is deemed a starting pitcher after throwing one pitch.

    BASEBALL SERIES PRICE RULES

    - Series bets are for the First 3 Games played of each series regardless of rain outs.
    - If there is a Rain out and only 2 games are played, there is still Action.

If only one game is played No Action.
    - Pitching changes do not affect bets.

    BASKETBALL

    - NBA games must go 43 minutes to have action.
    - College basketball games must go
    35 minutes to have action.

    NFL AND COLLEGE FOOTBALL:

NFL and college football games must go 55 minutes to have action.
All wagers on the side & total will include all overtime scoring.

    College football overtime procedure:

College football overtimes commence with a 1st & 10 play at the opponents 25-yard line. The offensive team keeps possession until they score, commit a turnover or fail to convert on 4th down.
The overtime continues until the score is no longer tied and each team has had an equal number of possessions.

    TEASER RULES:

Any loss in a teaser is a loser.
Any tie in a teaser revert to the next lower teaser. Ex: 4 team teaser with a tie, goes to a 3 team teaser.
2 team teaser 1 winner and 1 tie equals NO ACTION.
3 team 10 points teaser ties lose.
4 team 12 points teaser: Any loss is a loss, Winners with ties is NO ACTION.

    BOXING:

The following is the correct ruling in boxing involving a draw. When a draw is on the board as one of the options available to wager on and the fight ends in a draw, that sports book pays only those who bet a draw.
However, if a draw was not available at a sports book, then all
monies are refunded. Sports books who did not carry a draw as an available betting proposition are obligated to refund all wagers. Sports books which offered the draw, pay only on the draw and do
not refund any wagers on either fighter.
The exception to this would be when a draw is listed as a SEPARATE wager. For example, a draw listed with other boxing betting propositions such as choosing what round a fighter will be KO'd in,
or a fighter by decision or KO, etc.

    AUTO RACING:

The Official NASCAR winner of the race shall be the winner of the race for wagering purposes.

    GOLF:

In the event a tournament does not go the specified number of completed holes (usually 72), and the tournament is shortened by PGA officials, the leader at the end of number of holes determined to be official by PGA officials shall be the winner.
If a wager is taken on a match up for the overall tournament,
both golfers MUST tee off for action. In the event that one
player or the other is disqualified or withdraws, the other
golfer will be the winner of the match up.
In the event a match up is taken on a round by round basis
    (1st Round, 2nd Round, 3rd Round, etc) or (1st and 2nd rounds,
or 3rd and 4th rounds), both golfers MUST tee off for action,
and in the event that a wager is taken on the 1st and 2nd (or
the 3rd and 4th rounds) for the same two players, and the
player tees off in the 3rd round, and then withdraws, the
player remaining would be the winner of that match up in the
3rd round, and there would be NO action on the 4th round wager
(since one of the two players withdrew).

    SOCCER:

The winner for wagering purposes for both side & total is determined by the final score after 90 minutes. The penalty kick or shoot out round is not included.

    HORSES
2 MINUTES POLICY: All Internet wagers must be placed at least 2 minutes before the horse leave the gate to assure action.
POST TIME: We require our call center customers to call at least 3 minutes before the race starts, to assure action.
