Cascade is under NO obligation to make withdrawals by any other method than the method that you use to make the deposit.
Example: If you deposit via Neteller we are under no obligation to send you the funds via any other method unless we chose to do so. Any relative fees will be charged if we chose not to use an alternative method of payment.

Pay outs are processed Monday - Friday between 9am Est and 5pm Est any requests received after 5pm will be processed the following working day.
